The Importance of Light (or, even the sightless can feel it)

Light can’t make up for loss, though it can soften it.

Light makes the darkness bearable. Illumines the way

forward (light can only move forward).

It doesn’t question, doesn’t lose itself in why, why not.

It sees it all and goes on; doesn’t even question that.

It just goes on.
