Finally found a place for these atmospheric reeds which I’ve been looking at on the floor for who knows how long. Mat or no mat, I finally decided mat, but after I’ve cleaned it and gotten it all in there I realize there’s no way to hang it (it’s quite heavy) so I set it against the little table (it’s not really a table, don’t know what to call it. Cadenza? lolol) from A’s house, and last night, walking by, I wondered if I could set it up *inside* the table and prop it from behind and voila, it fits perfectly in that space (a gift I inherited from my father). The photo doesn’t do it justice but it was fun trying. Elegant solution to the “where will I put it and how?” conundrum (William needs re-positioning but I love him there. The plant, as everything I grow, is deliriously happy in that spot (the wood of his frame is a lighter color than the dark below, and this will bug my eye). Too much fun for free!
