Poppies are Opening!

Early morning garden surprise (i saw the young ground hog/wood chuck/ground chuck making its way to my delightful smorgasbord last evening, and just happened to have a bucket in my hand, which I tossed in his general direction, lol. Rumor has it if you startle them they won’t come back. I’ll keep you posted. It still hurts to look at my chewed up Hollyhock but this definitely softens the blow
