It’s been a strange season, very hot then very wet, neither of which the Peonies are fans of. On a good day, it’s hard to keep those big heavy heads aloft on their not quite sturdy enough stems. They’re worth it though. There are more coming ~

Festiva Maxima
Raspberry Sunday
Raspberry Sundae unfurled
Sarah Bernhardt
Sarah B and Karl Rosenfield
Bud, not sure of ID. The Pinks slay me
Monsieur Jules Elie
Single MJE (you might have guessed, I prefer portrait to group)
Bowl of Beauty
Single ~ Hybrid
Single Pink, early morning light
‘Rosetta’, my very first Peony grown from seed. Many thanks to N for sharing
Duchesse de Nemours
