My Little Eden

I spent a long time on this section of the garden yesterday, gave a crazy lot of Black-Eyed Susan seed heads to the darling kids at the end of the block who think me and my garden are pretty nifty (i got an M&M cookie from eldest girl, meant for her treat, which was a big compliment), and this morning I come out to find someone has driven through my plastic barrier, put a big tire mark in the garden and pushed the plants up, and made a big puddle. I was not happy but I went out and bought a cute little fence to fix it up better. Snitty’s camera would have caught it (the tire seems bigger than hers), so she’s the only one who knows. My garden seems targeted for destruction. If you have a moment and are so inclined, please send it Love&Light. Thanks! (the green plastic worked fine but the road paving guys got spray paint on it, so it was time for an upgrade). I used to enjoy living in this neighborhood…

I am making progress at not reacting. I do so love tangibles (i like Snitty’s fence choice a lot, but am not paying that much, to continue on with it.)
