Lovebirds

I read these lines from Brenda Hillman in a poem this morning and then later, as I was putzing in the bedroom I found these lovebirds, way up on the bookcase behind something else ~ a wedding gift, dusty and dirty and like my husband and me, they clean up pretty nicely.
