Little Sprout Big Willow

I took a snip from an out of the way wild place and it’s a good thing I did, as this beautiful tree and all its neighbors met were obliterated. I put the cutting in a pot, for my house rabbits who adore it. Now I have no rabbits and Willow has come into her own, a real presence in the garden, I can see from the kitchen window. It makes me so happy to see it flourishing, and remember the beginning. A fabulous metaphor for growth.
