The little bird, frightened, flew from my body.
Far and away, and didn’t know how to return.
Your soul is the tender bird, in need of your
protection, your body its safe sanctuary. Call
the little bird back home. Don’t give up. It may
take a very long time to come back to you,
but having learned to recognize the truth, it
will stay with you forever
