Beech tree in Autumn in standing water, Photo by Lori B. McCray

Every Autumn, you intrinsically drop your leaves. You never worry. There’s no anxiety. You trust the falling will bring new life and let go into it. Without attachment, you just accept what is, and don’t resist the changing of the seasons.

Our clinging makes us brittle. Our tension makes us weak. Be flexible and fluid. Your power is in your roots. Transmute your suffering. Grow into your limitless potential. The tree stands alone, but the entire Universe supports it.
