The meek shall inherit the earth, while the rich call them idiots. The humble, blessed with humility, are a peculiar people. Refusing to live in fear, they follow the Light of Truth, where ever it might lead them. Questioning, yet paradoxically, unquestioning. Thoughtful, but able to suspend thinking. Open, yet rarely revealing the sacred sanctum. Generous, yet withholding the keys to the inner storehouse until the friend proves trustworthy.
Balanced and sure-footed in darkness. Buoyant in flooding waters. Hopeful even in disaster, the meek wait patiently for Love to uphold, uplift, to carry them, as promised, to higher ground.
