Bumbler in Dahlia, mono

Feeling ‘poorly’, not gone outside at all, a rarity. Laid down for a nap and actually fell asleep a bit, another. Being sick stinks. No energy, but restless. I don’t want to take good health for granted…

Anyway, I did made a photograph today, which was fun. It’s been chilly and damp, and the bumblers on the flowers who didn’t go home at night are out back, waiting for sun. I sent a couple off into the air yesterday, but there are tons, just hanging, poor spuds.

check out the proboscis!
