Autumn at its finest

The Grist Mill Pond cleans up nicely, from its Summer muck. Not the same without William&Bella, but still holds magic. Bonnie&Clyde have returned but since they tried to take over the territory while Bella was still nesting, I did nothing to welcome them and now they paddle quickly away when I arrive… I’ve forgiven them their intrusion but they haven’t forgiven me. The snake (King snake) I met as I was descending the slope from road to woods.
