Here’s a little parable even a child will understand: if a man devotes his entire unscrupulous life to accumulating wealth, and all the heads he stepped on turn away from him, and, in the end, when his greed catches up to him and he loses the money (which he loves), who will sit with him in his desolation? (money is not bad. Hoarding money is unbalanced. Generosity is a beautiful thing). It’s something we need to look at, in this country, the power of money. I don’t have a solution but the place to start is aware honesty. You don’t throw your own mother under the bus for a new set of golf clubs
